You can program “direct station selection“ in your Profiset 30isdn. The direct station selection number is automati- cally dialled by pressing any key on the keypad (if the tel- ephone is locked with direct station selection and the handset is lifted). Your child can use direct station selec- tion (baby phone) for example, to contact you if when you are with friends.

The direct station selection number is only dialled if the telephone is locked (page 19) and a direct station selection number has been programmed.
