Safety

Use only the power adaptor supplied.

There is a slight chance that your phone could be damaged by an electrical storm. We recommend that you unplug your Paragon 200 from the mains power and telephone line socket during storms.

The Paragon 200 will produce a certain amount of heat during operation. We advise against placing these products on antique, veneered or wooden surfaces as damage may occur.

Do not use your Paragon 200 in damp, humid conditions such as bathrooms.

Do not expose the equipment to fire or water.

Simply clean your Paragon 200 with a damp cloth (not wet) or an antistatic wipe. Never use a dry cloth as this may cause a static shock.

Guarantee

Your Paragon 200 is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Subject to the terms listed below the guarantee will provide for the repair of, or at BT’s or its agent’s discretion the option to replace the Paragon 200, or any component thereof, (other than batteries), which is identified as faulty or

below standard, or as a result of inferior workmanship or materials. Products over 28 days old from the date of purchase may be replaced with a refurbished product.

The conditions of this guarantee are:

The guarantee shall only apply to defects that occur within the 12 month guarantee period.

Proof of purchase is provided.

The equipment is returned to BT or its agent as instructed.

This guarantee does not cover any faults or defects caused by accidents, misuse, fair wear and tear, neglect, tampering with the equipment, or any attempt at adjustment or repair other than through approved agents.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Within guarantee

If you experience a problem with your Paragon 200 you should contact the Paragon Helpline on Lo-call 0845 330 0076. Calls are charged at local call rates. If the problem is not remedied, you will be advised to contact your original point of purchase.

Some retailers offer extended warranty schemes for cover outside the intial 12-month period. Please ask them for details.
