Advanced operation

Press MUTE/REMOVE to backspace, or press and hold REDIAL/PAUSE for at least three seconds to insert a pause. Press the center NavKey .

The screen displays EDIT NAME. Use the dial pad (see the Chart of characters on page 19) to enter the name.

Press MUTE/REMOVE to backspace, or press # to insert a space. Press the center NavKey to confirm.

Delete a directory entry

Press to enter the directory, or when in the directory menu, press the center NavKey twice then press the up or down NavKey or to choose REVIEW. Press the center NavKey .

Press the up or down NavKey or to scroll to the desired entry, or use the alphabetical search to find the number.

Press MUTE/REMOVE to delete the entry, there will be a confirmation tone.
