Programming a Pause into Speed Dial Memory

(Administrator Programmable Only)

Pause(s) can be programmed into the speed dial memory at the option of the Administrator. This function puts a delay the dialing pattern of a number. Multiple pauses can be pro- grammed into speed dial for added pause time.

To Program A Timed Pause

1.To store a Pause into Speed Dial memory, simply press the “PAUSE” key in the num- bering sequence when programming speed dial memory keys.

2.See page 34 for programming speed dial.

NOTE: The default Pause timing is 3.6 Seconds.

 

 

 

 

A multiple of Pauses can be programmed

Using a Pause when Dialing

To use a Pause when dialing, simply press the “PAUSE” key at the appropriate point in the number sequence being dialed from the key pad.

NOTE: Each “Pause” function counts as 1 digit when stored into a speed dial memory
