| The Big Button Combo is guaranteed for 12 months from | ||
| the date of purchase shown on your sales receipt. The | ||
| Guarantee does not cover damage by misuse or | ||
| negligence, or by excessive voltages - for example, faults | ||
| on the telephone line, or lightning. | ||
| Please keep your sales (till) receipt — this is your | ||
| guarantee. You should also keep the original packaging | ||
| material. | ||

While the | 1 Disconnect the base unit from the telephone line and the | ||
unit is under |
| mains electricity supply. | |
Guarantee | 2 Pack up all parts of your Big Button Combo, using the | ||

| original packaging. Remember to include the mains | |
|
| adapter. | |
| 3 Return the unit to the shop where you bought it, making | ||
|
| sure you take your sales receipt. | |
| 4 In the unlikely event that you need to return your Big Button | ||
|
| Combo to our Repair Centre while it is under Guarantee, | |
|
| please send your sales receipt with it. There will be a | |
|
| handling charge for repair under Guarantee. |
Repair after If the unit is no longer under Guarantee, first follow steps 1

3Call our Service Department on 01325 304 473 and ask for a quotation of the repair charge and details of where to send your Big Button Combo for repair.
4Return your Big Button Combo to the address given by the Service Department, making sure you include your name and address, and a cheque or postal order for the value of the repair charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
