Registering a Diverse 2011 handset with a base station

You can also follow these steps if you want to register a handset to only one base station but do not want it to appear on the display as BASE 1.
...either at a Diverse 1010, 1015, 2010, 2011, 2015, 2020 Pocket or 2016 base station. Press and hold down the PAGING button at the base station until you hear the beeps (after about 10 seconds)
...or at a Diverse
Press the green LED button. The LED flashes during the registration process.
...then, at the handset

•Press the MENU button.
•Press the DOWN button to highlight
SETTINGS.
•Press the OK button.
•Press the DOWN button to highlight
REGISTER.
•Press the OK button.
•Press the DOWN button to select the base station you want to register with (BASE1 to BASE 6).
•Press the OK button.
•Enter the base station code (default = 0000).
•Press the OK button. There is a short wait until the available base station numbers are displayed.
•Enter one of the free internal extension numbers displayed on your screen.
•Press the OK button to confirm.
To set the Diverse 2011 to select the strongest base station signal
Once you have registered your Diverse 2011 to additional base stations, you can also set it to log on to the strongest base station signal automatically.
