Changing feature options

Menu features can be changed to program how the answering system operates. Press SETUP repeatedly to hear each feature.When you hear the feature you want to modify press SKIP or REPEAT to change the setting.

Choose number of rings before the sys- tem answers a call. When Toll Saver is active, the system answers after 2 rings if you have new messages, and after

4 rings if you have no new messages. When retrieving messages from a long- distant call, you may disconnect your call after 3 rings so that long-distance charges will not be charged.
