Program or change a feature

Press the key to program or change.

Notes:

If the key is already programmed, the number or feature will be displayed. If you do not want to change the programmed feature, press Exit to leave the menu without saving the changes.

To erase a programmed feature, press the Clear key, and press Exit to leave the menu.

Enter phone number or a feature code according to the list in section “Features and required data”.

Notes:

If a wrong number is entered, press the Clear key to erase it, and then enter the number again.

You can continue programming another function key (repeat from “Press the key to program or change”).

Press the function key again.

Press to finish programming (see display).

Remove the transparent cover and write the feature name or phone number beside the key.

Note: Use the DCM (Designation Card Manager) to make and print your own designation cards. DCM is included on the Enterprise Telephone Toolbox CD or it can be downloaded from:

http://www.aastra.com
