Programming of ring signal tone character

There are 10 different programmable ring signal tone characters on your phone, each corresponding to a digit between 0 and 9.

Note: If you use melodies to signal incoming calls, this will replace the tone character. See section “Melody Ringing” on page 109.

Dialog 4223 Professional:

Press (see display).

If Program is not shown, press more... until it appears.

Press (see display).

The current tone character is displayed.

Press the corresponding digit.

The phone rings with the chosen tone character.

Press to finish programming (see display).

Dialog 4225 Vision:

Select Program in the top menu (see display).

Press to select Programming of keys (see display). The current tone character is displayed.

Press the corresponding digit.

The phone rings with the chosen tone character.

Press to finish programming (see display).
