For best performance, please note the following:

•Talk alternately with the caller in a quiet room.

•If the other party has difficulty hearing you, press Ö to decrease the speaker volume.

•If the other party’s voice from the speaker cuts in/out during a conversation, press Ö to decrease the speaker volume.

To adjust the speaker volume (8 levels) while talking

	To increase, press Ñ.	Ex. Level 8
	To decrease, press Ö.
	To decrease, press Ö.	Loud

To redial the last number dialled on the base unit

Press (DIGITAL!SP-PHONE) and press (REDIAL).

To put a call on hold

Press (HOLD).

To release the hold

From the base unit, press (DIGITAL!SP-PHONE).

From the handset, press or , or lift the handset off the base unit.

•If another phone is connected on the same line (p. 59), you can also release the hold by lifting its handset.
