1.Plug in the AC/DC wall charger- check the voltage is correct for your wall charger.

2.Connect the charging wire into the charging socket on the cradle charger.

3.Insert the entire radio or the separated battery pack into the cradle charger. The metal charge contacts on the radio will contact the mating prongs in the charger to transfer the charging current.

4.Observe that the red light on the front of the charger glows to indicate that the battery pack is properly seated and the charger is operating.

5.Allow the batteries to charge for about 2.5 to 3 hours before use. The light will change back to green when the battery is fully charged.

CAUTION

To maximise battery life: remove the battery from the charger after approximately 3.5 hours. Overcharging batteries may result in damage to both the battery pack and radio.
