4.When you have entered the last number of the MMSI, a confirmation screen appears. The cursor is at STORE, press ENTER to store your ATIS MMSI.

5.Enter your ATIS MMSI again as a password and check the confirmation screen appears again, select STORE and press ENTER to permanently store your ATIS MMSI and return to the menu.

6.You can view your stored ATIS MMSI at anytime by selecting ATIS MMSI in the ATIS SETUP menu.

When ATIS is enabled, the following occurs:

DUAL watch, Tri Watch and scan functions are disabled.

The following international channels are limited to 1 watt output power:

6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 71, 72, 74, 75, 76, 77 (AND31, if enabled)

2.Select ON to turn the ATIS function on.

3.Press the ENTER to confirm your choice and return to the menu.

4-10 Get Buddy

Enable or Disable data auto function (GET BUDDY)

Enable buddy mode: Radio will transmit your LL data to the opposite after you release the PTT key, if the opposite is GET BUDDY ON also, it will show the distance and USER MMSI (or ATIS MMSI) of the sender.
