Reviewing Recent Workouts on Your iPod

Your iPod saves the date, time, duration, distance, pace, and calories burned for up to your last thousand workouts, until iTunes sends your workout data to nikeplus.com. After the data is sent, iPod keeps information from the last several workouts.

To review recent workouts on your iPod:

mChoose Nike+iPod > History.

To erase a single workout session:

1Choose Nike+iPod > History and choose a workout session.

2Click the Center button and choose Delete.
