Maintenance Schedule

Every 2 Hours of Running Time: Clean and lubricate table top, miter slot and fence.

Every 3 Hours of Running Time: Check blade tracking, guide column and table-to-blade. Check gap on guide blocks and thrust bearings. Check blade tension.

Hours of Running Time:

Oil guide post with light machine oil.

• Every 6-8 Hours of Running Time:

Replace blades.

• Every Year:

Replace the rubber V-Belt (recommended).

• Every 2

Years:

Replace the rubber tires on the wheels (recommended).
