SOLUTION}
Replace blade.
Replace blade.
Tighten all hardware.

Check saw blade installation. Replace blade if necessary.
Remount the rip fence.
Clean and wax rails.
Adjust clamp screw counterclockwise.
Adjust clamp screw clockwise.
