This appendix provides information for all of the events generated by HP 3PAR Recovery Manager Software for Microsoft Exchange 2007.

Description/Action
HP 3PAR VSS Provider Software could not be located.
•Verify that 3PAR VSS Provider is installed using Add/Remove Programs.
•If VSS Provider is installed, run vssadmin list providers to check that HP 3PAR VSS Provider Software is installed properly.
Some of the target volumes are not HP 3PAR virtual volumes. All of the drives need to be HP 3PAR drives.
•Verify that all database and log destinations belong to an HP 3PAR Storage System.
The maximum number of virtual copies for the current policy has been reached.
•Delete the existing virtual copy.
•Modify the policy to allow more virtual copies for a mailbox database or to delete older copies.
