5408	RME5408: ERROR: Remote Copy is not

5412	RME5412: ERROR: Unable to locate remote
	copy group.

5414	RME5414: ERROR: Virtual copy verification
	failed.

Remote Copy cannot initiate the synchronization operation.

•Check that the Remote Copy volume group is in a "Synced" state, using the showrcopy CLI command. (Refer to the HP 3PAR InForm OS CLI Administrator’s Manual for details.)

•Use ProvCfg to check that the primary HP 3PAR Storage System is configured as the default on the primary production server. (For ProvCfg.exe utility details, refer to the provider's user's guide.)

The Remote Copy volume group could not be located.

•Use ProvCfg to check that the target HP 3PAR Storage System is configured as the default for the Remote Copy backup server. (For ProvCfg.exe utility details, refer to the provider's user's guide.)

Virtual copy verification has failed.

•Try to verify the virtual copy using the RMExch validate command.

5437	RME5437: ERROR: Backup document
	(bcd.xml) for virtual copy is missing or is
	corrupted. Therefore, virtual copy cannot be
	mounted.

bcd.xml is missing for a virtual copy. Therefore, it cannot be mounted using the RMExch mount command.

•Clear this virtual copy by running Rmexch analyze -sync

•If required, mount this virtual copy using HP 3PAR CLI commands.
