In all cases, the job must still be in the queue. Use the following procedure to make copies of a job in the queue:
| NOTE: | The setting you specify in this option overrides any value set by your software. | 
| NOTE: | If Rotate (see page Rotating an Image) was on when you sent the file, every copy will also be rotated. |

If you want to cancel a Copies or Reprints selection choose the Cancel menu option for the file you have selected to print copies or reprints.
