Term	Meaning

spindle	The rod which holds the roll of paper.
paper-axis	The vertical axis, as you look at the printer from the front in which the paper feed
	moves.
scan-axis	The horizontal axis, as you look at the printer from the front in which the print
	carriage moves.
service	The part of the printer which services the printheads. It keeps the printheads
station	clean and stops them from drying out.
