Color Accuracy

These are the areas you shouldreview when troubleshooting a color accuracy problem:

Configuration

Check that you are using the correct driver setting for your software. Check which ink emulation mode has been selected in the front panel; see Color Settings.

Media

Ensure the media loaded is genuine HP media and the correct media type selected on the front panel and in the driver.
