The printer prints on the side of the paper facing up. It can be important to load the sheet with the correct side facing up. See the table below.

HP Bright White Inkjet Paper (Bond)

Both sides are the same. If sheet

 

is curled, load with curl down.

HP Vellum

 

 

 

Natural Tracing Paper

 

 

 

Coated Paper

Load with the coated side up.

 

 

Heavy Coated Paper

 

 

 

Matte Film

Load with the matte side up.

 

 

High-Gloss Photo

Load with the glossy side up.

 

 

Clear Film

 

 

 

Translucent Bond

Both sides are the same. If sheet
