Troubleshooting
This chapter serves as a troubleshooting guide when problems occur with the UPS. Solutions for UPS problems that occur both during and after startup are covered.
Troubleshooting
If problems occur when starting or using the UPS, refer to Table

The Utility LED () is The UPS is in Standby mode. flashing green and
power is not available at the UPS receptacles.
Press the On button to supply power to the connected equipment.
The Utility LED () alternates from red to green and the General Alarm LED () is flashing red.
There is a thermal fault. The UPS internal temperature is too high.
Power down and unplug the UPS. Clear vents and remove any heat sources. Verify that the airflow around the UPS is not restricted. Wait at least 5 minutes and restart the UPS. If the condition persists, contact an authorized service representative.
The General Alarm LED () is red and an audible alarm sounds.
