Checking the remote controller

Point the remote controller towards the remote controller receiver of the indoor unit.

When you properly press the button on the remote controller, you will hear beep sound from the indoor unit and a transmit indicator() appears on the remote controller display.

Remote controller buttons

Before using the functions of the remote controller, you should set the current time. (Refer to p.14)

Remote controller display

SPi

Set the SPi function on/off.

Smart Saver

Less energy usage makes your space cool between the temperature range of 24°C~30°C.

Turbo

Operate in auto fan speed to cool quickly.

Temp + -

Increase/Decrease the temperature by 1˚C.

Auto Clean

Auto clean function – Dry inside of the indoor unit to get rid of odor.

d'light Cool

Set the d'light Cool function on/off.

Power

Turn on/off the air conditioner.

Mode

Set one of the 5 operating modes (see pages 10~11 for instructions).

Quiet

Reduce noise generated from an indoor unit during operation.

Air swing

Activate/Deactivate air flow blade movement automatically up and down.

Fan

 

Adjust how much air flows through the air conditioner with the 4 different fan speeds such as Auto/Low/Medium/High.

Set the

mode on.

On Timer

Set the On Timer on.

Off Timer

Set the Off Timer on.

Temp/Humi

Display the room humidity level and temperature value for 5 seconds on the indoor unit display:

-Hi : High (If the relative humidity is 70% or higher)

-Sd : Standard (If the relative humidity is lower than 70%)

-For room temperature will be displayed the value.

Set/Cancel

Cancel the timer/ mode.

2ndF

Switch the function of the button on the remote controller.

Beep off

To silence the beep sound when pressing the button.

Display off

To turn off the display light

Time set

Set the current time

• When you press [2ndF] button, the indicator will be displayed on the remote controller and you can change

the functions on the remote controller as listed below.

d'light Cool Temp/Humi, Auto Clean Beep Off, good’sleep Display Off, On Timer Time Set function. If you select the function under the button while the function of the button is switched by 2ndF button,

the 2ndF function is canceled.
