| Heat the oil in a frying pan, then cook the minced | |

| beef and chopped onion for about 10 min until | |

| browned all over. Pour over the tomato sauce and | |

| beef stock, add the dried herbs. Bring up to the boil | |
|
| then simmer for 10 min. | |

| - Lasagna | |
|
| Cook lasagna noodles according to package | |
|
| directions. Layer the lasagna noodle, meet sauce, | |
|
| and half of cheese into gratin dish, about 14x22 cm | |
|
| and repeat. Then sprinkle evenly with remaining | |
|
| mozzarella cheese on the top of layer of noodles. | |
