The Display

1Continuously displays system mode (HEAT, OFF, COOL, AUTO, HOLD). Dur- ing programming, the day of the week is displayed (MO, TU, WE, etc.).

2Alternately displays room temperature (F denotes degrees Fahrenheit and C de- notes degrees Celsius) and time of day (A denotes AM time and P denotes PM time).

3Displays the setpoint temperature.

4When VIEW TEMP button is pressed, O is displayed when the setpoint temperature displayed (at the far right) is the occupied heating or cooling temperature (depend- ing on mode). U is displayed when the unoccupied heating or cooling tempera- ture is being displayed.

5FAN AUTO is displayed during automatic fan operation (when the blower cycles with the heating or cooling system). PRG FAN is displayed when the fan has been pro- grammed to run continuously during the program period.

6The word BATTERY flashes on the display when the 9 volt alkaline battery power is weak and the battery should be replaced.
