MAINTENANCE

10)Unplug the wires from the fan motor (from inside the stove).

6) Remove the Burner/Rear Log Support assembly by removing the 2 screws (1 on each side) and sliding the assembly to the left to free the bottom brackets from the screws on the firebox base.

13)Disconnect green wire from power cord.

11)Remove the 2 screws from the fan bracket.

Replacing fan:

Reverse above steps.

Seal fan access panel using high temperature

Burner/Rear Log Support Assembly: After removing the screws slide to the left to remove the assembly from the firebox base.

7)Lift the Burner/Rear Log Support assembly up and away from the orifice.

REMOVING VALVE

12)Pull Fan Assembly forward, to disenagage the fan clip on the rear wall. Then lift the Fan Assembly up and pull through firebox opening.

1)Shut off the gas supply.

2)Remove the louvers (and bay door if it is on).

3)Open the flush door and remove the door.

4)Remove the logs and brick panels if installed.

5)Straighten the adjustment wire under the firebox base.

Burner Orifice

Lift Burner/Rear Log Support assembly up

and away from the burner orifice.

Straighten adjustment wire.
