9. Fixer la caisse du climatiseur B I’encadrement. Perter 4 trous de chaque tote et 2 trous a travers le haut de la caisse, dans I’encadrement. Fixer la caisse a I’encadrement a I’aide des vis a bois no 10 x 25 mm (1 po) (voir la figure 26).

IMPORTANT : Ne pas serrer les vis excessivement, pour ne pas deformer la caisse; il y aurait alors une mediocre etancheite a I’air entre la caisse et le climatiseur.

10.Placer le joint dWanch&te plat (J) de 63,5 mm (2% po) B I’intkrieur de la caisse. Veiller a ce que le joint soit en affleurement avec le bord avant de la caisse du climatiseur (voir la figure 27).

REMARQUE : Ce joint plat est place entre la base du climatiseur et la caisse.

11.lnsbrer la coupelle de drainage (T). Placer la coupelle de drainage a travers le trou du rail de la caisse (voir la figure 28).

12.Inskrer le climatiseur dans la caisse.

13.Reconnecter le fil de liaison g la terre B I’aide de la vis. Placer I’exces de fil de liaison a la terre entre les echangeurs de chaleur et la caisse.

Risque de choc klectrique

Le fil de liaison a la terre du climatiseur doit etre connecte ii la caisse.

Sinon, il y a un risque de choc electrique.

14.Fixer le panneau avant. Retirer d’abord les 2 vis de la base de I’appareil. Pour installer le panneau avant, pousser le panneau en ligne droite et I’abaisser legerement pour qu’il se tale en place. Fixer le bas du panneau a I’aide des deux vis (voir la figure 29).

15.Appliquer un compost+ de calfeutrage sur le pkrimktre de I’ouverture et de la caisse.

16. Poser des moulures dkoratives. Si on le desire, installer la moulure autour de la caisse, sur la face interieure du mur.
