Ölen allgemein

Oberteil nach hinten umlegen. Ölbehälter 1 durch die Bohrung 2 bis zum oberen Markierungsstrich 3 auffüllen. Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme und bei längerem Stillstand der Maschine zusätzlich einige Tropfen Öl in die Greiferbahn geben (s. Pfeil in Fig. 1b).

Ölintervalle

Die Maschine besitzt bei einer durchschnitt- lichen Maschinenlaufzeit einen Öl-Jahresvorrat. Bei erhöhten Maschinenlaufzeiten sind verkürzte Prüfintervalle ratsam.

Nur Öl mit einer Mittelpunkts-Viskosität von 10,0 mm²/s bei 40° C und einer Dichte von 0,847 g/cm3 bei 15° C verwenden.

Wir empfehlen Pfaff Nähmaschinenöl Best.-Nr. 280-1-120 105.

Before commissioning the machine and when the machine has not been used for a longer period fill some additional drops of oil in the hook race (see arrow in fig. 1b).

Oiling intervals

For average operating time the machine is provided with an oil supply sufficient for one year. In case of higher operating times it is recommended to check more frequently.

Only use oil with a mean viscosity of

10.0mm²/s at 40° C and a density of 0.847 g/cm3 at 15° C. We recommend Pfaff sewing machine oil No. 280-1-120 105.
