For 90 days from the date of purchase, Sears will repair this Garage Door Opener, free of charge, if defective in material or workmanship,

LIMITED WARRANTY

From the 91st day until one year from the date of purchase, Sears will furnish replacement parts for any defective pads, free of charge.

You pay for labor.

LIMITED WARRANTY ON MOTOR

I/2HP MOTOR: After 1 year and through 5 years, if the motor on this Garage Door Opener is defective, Sears witl furnish a replacement motor, free of charge. You pay for labor.

SEARS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR EXPENSE FROM PROPERTY DAMAGE DUE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply 1o you.

This warranty does not cover light bulbs or repair pads necessary because of operator abuse or negligence, including the failure to insta[I, adjust and operate this garage door opener according to instructions contained in the owner's manual.

WARRANTY SERVICE IS AVAILABLE BY SIMPLY CONTACTING THE NEAREST SEARS CENTER/DEPARTMENT IN THE UNITED STATES.

This warranty applies only while this product is in use in the United States.
