2large or 3 medium carrots, ends trimmed ½ inch fresh ginger, peeled
Pinch ground red pepper (optional)
Juice jicama, pear, carrots and ginger. Stir in red pepper until well blended or sprinkle over juice, if desired. Serve immediately.
Papaya Power_ Juice
Makes 2 servings
¼papaya, peeled and seeded
1 orange, peeled ¾ cup fresh parsley 1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons soy protein powder
Juice papaya, orange, parsley and garlic.
Stir in soy protein powder until well blended; serve immediately.
