On the other hand, the KHB2351 takes blending to the next level with a 250-watt motor, making it even more powerful and efficient. It features a Turbo Boost option, offering an additional burst of power for those tougher blending tasks. The 5-speed settings further enhance versatility, catering to light blending needs as well as more robust mixing jobs. Both models come with a 8-inch blending arm that allows for deep pots and large bowls, making them ideal for preparing large quantities.

Both the KHB1231 and the KHB2351 come with a variety of attachments, including a whisk attachment for whipping cream or beating eggs, and a chopper attachment for chopping herbs, vegetables, or cheese. These additional tools expand their functionality far beyond just blending, positioning them as multi-tasking appliances in the kitchen.
