SHRIMP AND VEGETABLE STIR-FRY
1 small sweet red bell pepper,in thin strips | |
2 tablespoonslight soy sauce | 1 cup broccoliflowerettes |
2 tablespoonsdry sherry | 1⁄2 mediumonion,thinly sliced |
2 teaspoonscornstarch | 5 large fresh mushrooms,sliced |
1 teaspoongrated gingerroot | 1⁄2 |

Place cleaned shrimp in bowl. Combine soy sauce, sherry,cornstarch, and gingerroot; pour over shrimp. Preheat skillet to 400 °F/205 °C. Add oil to skillet.
