Replacing the oven lightbulb

Method

Repairs may only be carried out by fully traine

after￿sales service engineersIncorrect￿ repairs may result in serious injury to the user.

The oven lightbulb can be replaced. Heat-resistant 12,V 20,W halogen bulbs are available from the after-sales service or in specialized stores.

When removing a new halogen bulb from the packaging, always use a dry cloth. This will increase the life of the bulb.

1￿ Switch off the fuse in the fuse box or unplug th oven at the mains.

2￿ Place a tea towel in the cold oven to prevent damage.

3￿ Remove the glass cover. To do this, open the glass cover at the bottom with your hand.

If it proves difficult to remove the glass cover, tr using a spoon. (Fig. A)
