Using Your Convection Oven
Please familiarize yourself with the following oven functions and accessories prior to the first use:
TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Choose the desired or recommended temperature up to 450˚F.
FUNCTION CONTROL: Select desired cooking function (Defrost, Bake/Extra,
Bake, Roast, Rotisserie, Broil).
ELECTRONIC TIMER: Press to set the ELECTRONIC TIMER according to the recipes. Then press OnOff to start cooking. When the time

has elapsed, a beep will sound and oven will shut off.

NOTE: To pause cooking process, press OffOn during operation. |
Press OffOn again to restart the cooking process. |
NOTE: To cancel cooking process, press OnOff during operation and press until the display shows 0:00.
OVEN RACK: Use in one of four positions
NOTE: OVEN RACK should always be facing up when placed in the lowest rack position.

DRIP/BAKING PAN: Slides into rails below the RACK POSITIONS in the oven for baking, roasting, broiling, and rotisserie roasting.
BROILING/ROASTING RACK: Fits into the DRIP/BAKING PAN for broiling and roasting.
