If a printer is connected to the same network as the console, you can request printed reports (audits) of message registers, room status and automatic wake-ups.

Each audit has its own format and some are printed automatically. For example, when a wake-up call is set, changed or canceled, the printer automatically records it.

To print a report:

1.Press the Guest Service firmkey.

2.Press [Print].

3.Select the report you want to print.

4.Press [Exit].
