Cleaning and care

Before cleaning or servicing the oven, disconnect it from the power supply by either shutting off the power main or manually "tripping" the circuit breaker.

Never use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, steel wool or caustic (oven) cleaners on any part of the oven. They will damage the surfaces.

Appliance front

The front of the appliance and the control area can be cleaned with a sponge and a solution of warm water and non abrasive liquid detergent. Dry with a soft cloth.

Glass surfaces can be cleaned with a glass cleaner.

Stainless steel

Stainless steel surfaces can be cleaned using a non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner.

To help prevent resoiling, a conditioner for stainless steel can also be used. Apply sparingly with even pressure.

Stainless steel colored control

Clean the buttons and knobs with a damp sponge and a solution of warm water and soap.

These controls may become discolored or damaged if not cleaned regularly.

Accessories

Remove all accessories as well as the runners from the oven before starting the Self Clean program. The high temperatures needed for this program will damage the accessories and cause irreparable damage.

Roast probe

Wipe with soapy water and a non-abrasive damp cloth. Rinse under running water.

Do not submerge the roast probe into water or clean in the dishwasher.

Grease filter

Clean with liquid dish soap and hot water, or in the dishwasher.

Depending on the detergent, cleaning the grease filter in a dishwasher may cause permanent discoloration of the filter surface. Performance of the filter will not be affected by this discoloration.

Rotisserie

Wash and dry after each use.

Remove stubborn residues with a stainless steel cleaner.
