You can often correct operating problems yourself. If your microwave oven fails to work properly,locate the operating problem in the list below and try the solutions listed for each problem.

If the microwave oven still does not work properly, contact the nearest Sears Service Center by calling I_800-4-REPAIR (1-800-473-7247). Sears Service Centers are fully equipped to handle your service requirements.

• Is the temperature probe properly plugged in?

Unevenly Cooked Foods

Are you using the approved cookware? o Were the foods turned or stirred?

o Were the foods completely defrosted?

Overcooked Foods

e Is the temperature probe properly positioned?

Undercooked Foods

e Are you using the approved cookware?

Improper Defrosting

o Are you using the approved cookware?
