The Ventless H ood option i s facto ry in stalle d direc tly on the top of t he Alto-S haam Combith erm oven . T he h ood is desi gned to v ent cl ean air ba ck i nto th e kitc hen, f ilt ering vapors an d gr ease. A hi gh-power fan dr aws st eam and fumes into th e h ood i ntake a nd ou t th e top s urface exhaus t vent. Fumes and v apors are circulated t hroug h f ilt ers draining th e conden sation through a d rain at t he rear of the hood. An acti vated c harcoal filter cleans the air befo re venting i t o ut the top of th e ho od.
