1. The appliance must be installe

on a non-com bus tible, lev el surface.

2. DO NOT install this applia nce in any area where it may be affected by any adverse conditions such as steam, grease, dripping water, high temperat ures, or any other severely adverse conditions.

3. For both safety and convenience, the rotisser ie must be installed in a location to provide easy access to the controls and should be positioned at a safe and convenient height to provide easy loading and unloading of hot products.

4. Thi s applianc e must be kept free and clea r of any obstructio ns bloc king access for main tenance or serv ice.

5. A rotisserie can be stacked with another rotisserie oven or stacked on top of a matching holdin g cabinet. Complete stacking instructions are located in this manual.

A number of adjustments are associ ate d with ini tial inst allation and start-up. It is import ant that the se adju stments be conduct ed by a qualifi ed servic e tech nician. Installation and start- up adj ustments are the resp onsibilit y of the dealer or user. These

adju stments includ e but are not limited to thermostat cali bration, doo r adjus tment, leve ling, electrical hook -up and insta llation of optiona l casters or legs .

LEVELI NG

Level the appliance from side-to-s i front-to -back with the use of a spirit level.

We recomm end checking the level periodic ally to make cert ain the floo r has not shift ed nor the appliance moved.

Failure to properly level this appliance can NOTE: cause improper fun ction.

MINIMUM CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS

A 6" (152mm) minimum clearance must be allowed at the back and both sides of the unit. Warranty will become null and void if these directions are not followed.
