8.4 ULTRA CLEANSE RINSE (depending on model) Shown on DISPLAY (G): "Ultra cleanse 1/0”.

Press (D) to display the option and press (E) to enable (1 on display) or disable (0 on display) it.

This function performs an extra hygenic rinse at the end of the washing cycle, assuring a further reduction in the number of bacteria present.

If the temperature falls while the hygene rinse is in progress (e.g. due to a power blackout or because the door is opened), the DISPLAY (G) flashes until the dishwasher is switched off or a new programme is set, to warn that the option has not been carried out.

TO SAVE ENERGY AND PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT

Try always to use the dishwasher with a full load.

Do not wash dishes in running water.

Use the most suitable washing programme for every type of load.

Do not pre-rinse.

If available, connect the dishwasher to a hot water supply system at up to 60°C.

When possible, skip the drying stage and simply leave the door open after washing: the air and residual heat will dry the dishes perfectly.

TO REDUCE DETERGENT CONSUMPTION AND PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT

The phosphates in dishwasher detergent are a problem from the environmental point of view. The following rules will help you to use less detergent, and also less electricity:

Sort your dishes, washing delicate items separately from those more resistant to strong detergents and high temperatures;

Do not pour detergent straight onto the dishes.
