6. BEFORE INSTALLATION

The inside of the appliance should be cleaned to remove all manufacturing residues. For further information about cleaning, see “14. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE”.

Before using the oven and the grill for the first time, pre-heat it to maximum temperature long enough to burn off any manufacturing oily residues which could give the food a bad taste.

7. AVAILABLE ACCESSORIES

Oven rack: for cooking food in flat pans, small cakes or roasts or foods requiring light grilling.

Tray rack: for placing on top of a pan for cooking foods which may drip.

Oven tray: useful for collecting fat from foods placed on the rack above.

Baking tray: useful for cooking cakes, pizza and baked desserts.

Chromium-plated gripper: useful for removing hot shelves and trays.

Rotisserie rod (on some models only): useful for cooking chicken and all foods which require uniform cooking over their entire surface.

Rotisserie frame (on some models only): supports the rotisserie rod (see page 40 for instructions for use).

Main oven roof liner (on some models only): remove it to make cleaning inside the oven easier.

The oven accessories intended to come into contact with food are made of materials that comply with the provisions of Directive 89/109/EEC, dated 21/12/88 and of Decree Law 108, dated 25/01/92.

Not all accessories are provided on some models.
