	To bake different types and sizes of bread and pizza. This function contains two
BREAD/PIZZA	programmes with predefined settings. Simply indicate the values required

	temperature cycle (approx. 500°). Two auto-cleaning cycles are available: a
OVEN	complete cycle (PYRO) and a shorter cycle (ECO). The complete cycle is best
CLEANING	used only in the case of very dirty ovens, while the shorter cycle should be used
	at regular intervals.
FAST	To preheat the oven quickly. At the end of preheating, the oven automatically
	selects the conventional function. To set a different cooking function, turn the
PREHEATING
	"Functions" knob and select the required function.
