Attaching an antibacterial filter

The use of an antibacterial filter may be recommended by your clinician. One antibacterial filter—product code 24966—can be purchased separately from ResMed.

Regularly check the filter for entry of moisture or other contaminants. The filter must be replaced according to the manufacturer‘s specifications.

Note: ResMed recommends using a filter with a low impedance (less than 2 cm H2O at 60 L/min, eg, PALL BB 50 filter).

WARNING

Do not use the antibacterial filter (product code 24966) with the H4i.
