Setting the Delay Timer

3With the delay timer you can delay the start of a dishwashing cycle for between 1 and 19 hours.

1.Press the Delay Timer button repeatedly until the multi-display shows the desired time delay, for ex- ample 12h, if the cycle is to start in 12 hours. The Delay Timer indicator is illuminated.

2.Select dishwashing cycle.

3.The time remaining to the start of the cycle is con- tinuously displayed (e. g. 12h, 11h, 10h, … 1h etc.).

To change the time delay:

As long as the cycle has not yet started, you can still change the setting by pressing the DELAY TIMER button.

Cancelling the time delay:

Press the Delay Timer button repeatedly until the length of the selected cycle appears in the multi-dis- play. The selected dishwashing cycle will begin im- mediately.

To change a dishwashing cycle

As long as the cycle has not yet started, you can still change the dishwashing cycle. First cancel the dish- washing cycle, then re-set the time delay, lastly se- lect the new dishwashing cycle.

Care Plus additional function

This additional function makes it possible to hygieni- cally clean items such as plastic chopping boards or jam jars.

It can be selected as an extra to all dishwashing cy- cles. (Exception: Glass cycle and Pre wash, if availa- ble.)

1.Switch on the appliance.

2.Press the programme button for the programme required (see “Cycle Table”).

Within 3 seconds press the button for the addition- al function Care Plus.

The Care Plus additional function indicator lights up.

In the last rinse cycle the temperature will now be held at over 65° C for at least 10 minutes.

3.When the cycle has finished, the Care Plus addi- tional function is automatically switched off again.

Switching Off the dish- washer

Only switch the dishwasher off when the multi-dis- play indicates “0” for the cycle time remaining and the end of programme indicator is illuminated.

1.Press the ON/OFF button. All display indicators will go out.

2.Turn off the water tap.

1 Carefully open the door. Hot steam may es- cape.

Hot dishes are sensitive to knocks. Therefore leave the dishes to cool for about 15 minutes before re- moving them. You also get a better drying result.

Dishes dry more quickly if you open the door for a moment after the cycle has ended and then leave it slightly open.

Removing the Dishes

3It is normal for the inner door and the dispens- ers to be damp.

Empty the lower basket first, then the upper bas- ket. This way you avoid dripping water from the upper basket onto dishes in the lower basket.

The dishwasher's interior light will always be on when the door of the appliance is open. Therefore, in order to save energy, you should always close the door of the dishwasher after having loaded or removed dishes.
