SPAGHETTI À LA MILANAISE - Rice cooking Pour 4 pers.

Cuisson : 10 min

Ingrédients : 250 g de spaghettis, 2 cuillères à café d’huile, sel, 50 g de beurre, 2 litres d’eau.

Mettez l’eau, le sel et l’huile dans la cuve. Branchez. Portez à ébulli- tion. Ajoutez les spaghettis et remuez. Laissez cuire 10 min à décou- vert. Arrêtez l’appareil. Egouttez. Beurrez. Servez avec une sauce toma- te et du parmesan râpé.

La fonction maintien au chaud n’est pas conseillée pour cette recette.

POMMES DE TERRE PARISIENNES - Rice cooking

Pour 2 pers.

Préparation : 5 min

Cuisson : 15 min

Ingrédients : 300 g de pommes de terre en dés surgelées, 5 cuillères à café d’huile, 20 g de beurre, sel.

Mettez l’huile et le beurre dans la cuve. Ajoutez les pommes de terre. Salez. Fermez le couvercle. Branchez. L’appareil passera automatique- ment en maintien au chaud après 15 min de cuisson.

PÉTONCLES EN PAPILLOTES - Steam cooking

Pour 2 pers.

Préparation : 10 min

Cuisson : 12 min

Ingrédients : 8 pétoncles, 2 échalotes, 30 g de beurre, sel, poivre, 2 carrés de papier aluminium, 150 ml d’eau.

Nettoyez les pétoncles. Hachez les échalotes. Placez sur chaque papier aluminium, 4 pétoncles, une pincée d’échalotes hachées et 1 noisette de beurre. Assaisonnez. Fermez les papillotes.

Mettez l’eau et le bol vapeur dans la cuve. Posez les papillotes dans le bol vapeur. Fermez le couvercle. Branchez. L’appareil passera automa- tiquement en maintien au chaud après 12 min de cuisson. Servez dans la papillote.
