ESPAGUETIS A LA MILANESA - Rice cooking Para 4 pers.

Cocción: 10 minutos

Ingredientes: 250 g (0,55 lb) de espaguetis, 2 cucharadas de aceite, sal, 50 g (0,11 lb) de mantequilla, 2 l de agua.

Ponga la sal, el agua y el aceite en el recipiente. Conecte. Lleve a ebul- lición. Ponga los espaguetis removiendo. Deje cocinar durante 10 minutos. Pare el aparato. Escurra. Añada mantequilla. Sirva con una salsa de tomate y parmesano rallado.

Para esta receta no se aconseja la función mantenimiento en caliente.

Cocción: 15 min.

Ingredientes: 300 g de patatas congeladas en dados, 1 cuchara de aceite, 20 g de mantequilla, sal.

Poner el aceite y la mantequilla en el depósito. Añadir las patatas. Salar. Cerrar la tapa. Conectar. El aparato pasará automáticamente en mantenimiento caliente después de 15 min de cocción.

VIEIRAS A LA PAPILLOTES - Steam cooking

Preparación: 10 min.

Cocción: 12 min.

Ingredientes: 8 vieiras, 2 chalotes, 30 g de mantequilla, sal, pimienta, 2 cuadrados de papel aluminio, 150 ml de agua.

Lavar las vieiras. Picar las chalotes. Colocar en cada papel aluminio, 4 vieiras, una pizca de chalote picado, 1 nuez de mantequilla. Sazonar. Cerrar los papillotes.

Echar el agua y el vaso vapor en el depósito. Colocar los papillotes en el vaso vapor. Cerrar la tapa. Conectar. El aparato pasará automática- mente en mantenimiento caliente después de 12 min de cocción. Servir en el papillote.
