MONTAJE DE LA HOJA DE CORTE O CABEZAL DE CORTE DE NYLON

Poner la máquina al revés para sustituir la hoja de corte con facilidad.

Para EM4250/EM4250CA, EM4251/EM4251CA

–Insertar la llave hex en el agujero de la caja de engranajes y girar la arandela del receptor (3) hasta que quede fijada en la llave o el eje quede cerrado.

–Aflojar la tuerca (1) (rosca a mano izquierda) con la llave de cubo y quitar la tuerca (1) y la arandela de abrazadera (2).

Para EM4250/EM4250CA con la llave hexagonal todavía puesuta.

– Montar la cuchilla sobre el eje de forma que la guia de la arandela del receptor (3) se encaje en el agujero de la cuchilla. Instalar la arandela de abrazadera (2) y fijar la cuchilla con la tuerca (1).

[Momento de tensión: 13 - 23 N-m]

 

NOTA : Utilizar siempre guantes cuando se manipule la hoja de corte.

 

NOTA : La tuerca fijadora de la hoja de corte (con arandela de resorte) es una

 

pieza consumible. Cuando cualquier desgaste o deformacíon

Llave hex

aparezca en la arandela de resorte, reemplace la tuerca.

 

Montaje de la cabeza de corte de nylon

Para el EM4251

–Para instalar la cabeza de corte de nylon (7), cuite la tuerca de apriete (8).

–Introduzca la llave de vaso hexagonal (11) a través del agujero de la caja de engranajes y gire la arandela de soporte hasta que quede bloqueada en su ranura (12) (o hasta que el eje quede bloqueado).

–Luego atomille la cabezal de corte de nylon en el eje, girandola hacia la izqulerda.

–Quite la llave de vaso hexagonal.

–Asegúrese de que la hoja de corte esté colocada con la parte derecha hacia
