Installing the air filter of PSU
To install the PCU’s air filter:
1Ensure that the black mesh is contained within the air filter cover.

2Hold the air filter cover by the upper and lower edges with your index finger and thumb and push it inside the PSU.
Replacing and Cleaning
the Chassis’s Air Filter
c CAUTION: We recommended that you clean the air filter semimonthly to guarantee adequate ventilation.
You install the Switch 8800’s air filter at the chassis’s air intake vents. If you do not clean the air filter often, the accumulated dust blocks the filter’s holes and affects the chassis’s ventilation. Use one of the following two methods to clean the filter, but do not rub the air filter when you wash it. Allow it to air dry.
