Trouble- MAIN BURNER PROBLEMS

The following are possible causes of main burner problems:

1.Unlevel burner will cause yellow flames.

2.Burning and the orifice indicates main gas valve may not be fully closing.

3.Incorrect gas pressure; it should be 3.5" for natural gas and 10" for propane.

4.Soot build-up. Check gas pressure and air flow through heater and venting.
