Processor board air baffle

To remove the processor board air baffle

1At the end of the air baffle closest to the rear of the chassis, press the two tabs toward each other (Figure 20, A) and raise the end, rotating the baffle about 30°.

2Disengage the air baffle at the front of the electronics bay and remove the baffle from the chassis.

To install the processor board air baffle

1Orient the baffle so that the two release tabs are toward the rear of the chassis.

2With the rear of the air baffle raised, insert the tab on the front of the air baffle into the slot in the chassis.

Holding the baffle at an angle of about 30° will allow the tab to engage correctly.

3Rotate the rear end of the baffle down. Adjust the position of the baffle until it moves into place and the two tabs are engaged. Do not force it down.
